THAI PAPAYA SALAD [Thai Food]

THAI PAPAYA SALAD
Ingredients

1.shredded green papaya  2 cups

2.Shredded carrot 1 / 2 cup

3.Bean 1 / 2 cup

4.Fish sauce 2 tablespoons

5.Palm sugar 1 1/2 Tablespoon

6.Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon

7.Tomatoes 1 / 2 Cup

8.dried shrimp 1/3 Cup

9.Peanuts 1 / 4 cup

10.Chili 3-10 Tablets

11.fresh garlic 5 Cloves

How To

1.Add garlic and pepper in a mortar The thickness of the rough low enough. Add dried shrimp and pound it for another few minutes.

2.Add palm sugar. Low until the sugar dissolved. Then add shredded papaya, shredded carrot, bean, tomato, peanuts seasoned with fish sauce and lime juice. Then low and mix all ingredients together over.

3.Season to Tooupak with sugar, fish sauce or lime juice added. The original flavor is sweet, spicy and sour equally.

4.Scoop on a plate and sprinkle with peanuts. Function served with fresh vegetables (cabbage, bean,) and hot rice.
