GREEN CURRY WITH CHICKEN [Thai Food]

GREEN CURRY WITH CHICKEN
Ingredients :

1.Green Curry 1/4 Cup

2.Chicken 350 Gram

3.Coconut milk 1 1/4 cup

3.Kaffir lime leaves 3-4 leaves


4.Eggplant 3-4 Piece


5.Sugar 3-4 Tablespoon

6.Fish sauce 3 Tablespoon

7.Pepper 2 Grain

8.Sweet Basil  leaves 8-10 leaves


How do

1.Set coconut milk 1 / 2 cup (Coconut rest gradually in the next step) on a frying pan until hot. (use medium heat) poor Coconut boil about 3-5 minutes, then add spices and stir green curry with Coconut a while. Then pour all ingredients into a large pot.

2.Large pot and heat to medium. Add chicken and people for about 2 minutes then add fish sauce, brown for 1 minute more people to enter the eggplant, then cut it. Add remaining water, Coconut and chicken soup. Boil for a while until the chicken starts ripening. Eggplant and soft.
