THAI FISH CAKES [Thai Food]

THAI FISH CAKES
Ingredients

1.Minced fish meat  500 Grams

2.Egg  1 Bubble

3.Bean 1 / 2 Cup  [Cut into small pieces]

4.Kaffir lime leaves 3 Tablespoon

5.Sugar 1 Teaspoon

6.Salt 1 Teaspoon

7.Red curry paste 1 Tablespoon

8.Oil 3 Cup

How To

1.Fry all the ingredients into a large bowl. Massage, hand mix until all ingredients around.

2.To scoop out 2 tablespoons of mixture and mold is a disc. (about 3 inches in diameter) until mixture as pump out. Then, then fried in oil to medium heat until cooked.

3.Function served with cucumber sauce.

Sauce ingredients

1.Cucumber 1 Cup

2.Peanuts 1 / 2 cup

3.Sugar 1/2 Cup

4.Vinegar 1/2 Cup

How to make sauce

1.Mix sugar and vinegar in a small pot. And set on fire to light.

2.When the sugar dissolved. It off and leave to cool.

3.Spoon sauce in a bowl. Add cucumber and crushed peanuts.
