PORK PANAENG
Ingredients
1.Pork 400 gm
2.Panang curry 2 Tablespoon
3.Oil 2 Tablespoon
4.Coconut milk 2 Tablespoon
5.Palm sugar 2 Tablespoon
6.Fish sauce 2 Tablespoon
7.sweet basil 10 Leaves
8.Paprika 2 Seed
9.Kaffir lime leaves 3 Leaves
How To
1.Oil, fry the spices for 1 minute, then put down to Coconut and continue cooking until boiling.
2.Add the pork, then seasoned with sugar and fish sauce.
3.When cooked pork. Then add basil, chilli and kaffir lime leaves. The next few rooms. Spoon in a bowl with rice and hot.
