MACKEREL IN DRIED RED CURRY
Ingredients

1.Mackerel 500 grams

2.Red curry paste 3 Tablespoon

3.Kaffir lime leaves 2 Leaves

4.Coconut milk 400 gm

5.Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon

6.Sugar 1 Tablespoon

7.Paprika 1 Seed

8.parsley

9.Oil

How To

1.Steamed fish heads cut off and delve fish dry cleaning to dry.

2.Heat oil in pan and bring to light a fire. Add coconut milk and curry paste and stir. Curry with coconut milk and combine.

3.Add and stir, then season with fish sauce and sugar.

4.Stir until the meat well-done Then add leaves and stir Amau retreat for another 1 minute then turn off the light.

5.Scoop up a bowl with Shredded citrus, chilli and coriander Serve immediately with hot steamed rice.
