STIR-FRIED SWAMP CABBAGE WITH SALTED SOYA BEAN
Ingredients

1.Morning glory 300 Grams

2.Garlic 10 Petals [Cut resolution]

3.Pepper 3-4 Grain

4.Oil 3 Tablespoon

5.Salted Soya Beans 1 Teaspoon

6.Oyster 1  Teaspoon

7.Sugar 1 Teaspoon

8.Braised leeks

9.White pepper

How To

1.Morning glory in the clear water. Drain it dry and then be cut lengthwise The cut to a length of about 2 inches.

2.In a large bowl. Vegetables and cut into. Then add ingredients, including chopped garlic, chilli, oyster sauce, and brown on the breast of fried morning glory.

3.Heat oil in a pan and bring to heat (high heat) to wait until the start of smoke from the oil in a frying pan. Then add the vegetables and condiments prepared. (step 2) into the pan, stir quickly for about 15 seconds, then dims the lights down

4.Scoop on a plate and sprinkle with garlic powder, pepper a little drop by drop. Serve immediately with hot steamed rice.
