STIR-FRIED RICE NOODLE WITH PRAWNS [Thai Food]

STIR-FRIED RICE NOODLE WITH PRAWNS
Ingredients

1.Shrimp

2.Chan line 90 Gram

3.Bean sprouts 50 Gram

4.Kui  Chai 2 Spoon

5.Fish sauce 6 Tablespoon

6.Oyster 6  Tablespoon

7.Tamarind 3 Tablespoon

8.Sugar 2 Tablespoon

9.Hua Chai Pow 2 Tablespoon

10.Peanuts 2 Tablespoon

11.Eggs 2 Bubble

12.Cayenne pepper 1-3 Teaspoon

13.Lemon 1/4

How To

1.Set pan on medium heat. Add shrimp and stir until the start ripening. Hammer eggs into the pan. Turner rake to break the yolk. Add eggs cooked enough starting line, sugar, peanuts and fried Radish head start line until soft and mix all ingredients over.

2.Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce and tamarind water (or vinegar), add bean sprouts, head Radish and pepper (If you like spicy), fried quickly to scoop all ingredients together over a plate decorated with fresh bean sprouts, red pepper, lemon and software side dishes should be served while still hot.
